  • WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
    All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
    CHI. Girl Beauty currently does not offer international shipping at this time.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You will recieve a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days after your order is processed, with your tracking number attached. All orders are processed via, United States Postal Service, USPS. You can track your order directly from their website: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
  • HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
    Exchanges and refunds are only accepted for unopened/unused products. If your product is unopened, unused, and has been purchased within 30 days, please email your request to info@chigirlbeauty.com. Please include your order number (i.e. SOLAGXXXXX), and your first and last name.
